Social Worker

The Social Worker is a liaison to professionals from community agencies serving our students. Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive case management services for students in the foster care system. A team approach is used to collaborate with students, families, CSD staff and agency staff. The Social Worker also provides information and referral services to community resouces.
