Student Health Unit

The function of the Student Health Unit is to maintain medical screening, monitor medical conditions, dispense medications, treat minor medical problems and injuries, take temporary care of ill students, and maintain school medical records. The medical staff maintains professional and open communication with students, all school staff, and parents. The staff consists of six Registered Nurses, one Nurse Practitioner, and one part time physician. The Student Health Unit is open 24 hours a day, five days a week.
