Web Development Team

Students are selected to join this exciting team based on their web page design knowledge, citizenship, leadership and teamwork. Each student completes an application expressing his/her desire to be a member of the Web Page Development Team. Qualified students are selected by the Business Office Technology teacher and the Career/Technical Education Principal.  Students’ skills in computer use, use of Adobe Creative Suite software, knowledge of the Internet  and teamwork are the criteria for selection of students. 

Appropriate work habits, leadership opportunities and working cooperatively in groups are emphasized. Opportunities to develop leadership roles and an emphasis on teamwork are stressed. Students are encouraged to work in groups to develop work samples and projects. A general overview of careers in web design is provided to enhance students' knowledge of employment opportunities.
